Ramen pot, fast Korean noodle cooker, 3 minute boiler for soup pasta egg, easy light cookware with lid (16cm)

I have always wanted one of these pots at home from watching Korean families on YouTube enjoy their ramen. It should be mentioned a pot this cute can only retain its cuteness with hand-washing. Don’t put it in the dishwasher! Hand wash only. Yes the color will change over usage from heating and reheating again and again, don’t think of it as the pot losing it’s beauty. Think of it as the pot aging into one of your most beloved and frequently used dishes. I have used it for ramen, pho, and even a quick batch of Pasta Roni thanks to its fast boiling! No more than 3 minutes of being on high heat and your water is at a rolling boil (at least on my glass top stove. Fire stoves probably even faster)

I am excited to own this little pot. I have wanted one since I started watching Korean videos 11 years ago. I wish that I had looked for one sooner. I should have known that Amazon had it. I will enjoy using years to come. And the lunch bag makes it even better to own for those lunches at work or for small picnics. Great product! Thanks Amazon!!

Very happy with this ramen pot. Cooks well, easy to clean, and now that I live by myself I don't have to worry about anyone else using it!

The finish on this pot makes it a hassle to clean. Everything sticks to it. It's got SUPER good heat distribution so the food cooks more evenly, and it's extremely lightweight. However, this isn't a very versatile product. About the only thing that wouldn't stick in this would be things that have a lot of water or other fluid in them. You could boil pasta, you could make noodles, you could get away with making some kind of dumplings or soup, or even use a double boiler method with it. But if you want to make a one pot dish where there's an initial frying/browning step, you're better off with a different pot than this.That said, it heats up remarkably quickly. Not that surprising, since these are made of aluminum. But there are drawbacks to using aluminum as well; You can't cook anything too acidic in this, and you can't wash it with any sort of abrasive. This makes it harder to clean. The handles are also made of aluminum, meaning you cannot touch them bare handed without burning yourself when you're cooking.Overall, for the money, it was worth it I think. Could you use a normal little 2 quart saucepan for the same as what you do with this? Absolutely you could. But the light weight and the even heat distribution make this product much more useful for someone like me, who has arthritis in their joints and can't lift heavy pots as easily, or needs two handles on either side of the pot for stability.

I just bought this and wish I had read the reviews on the comments that said "don't put it in dishwasher". It immediately faded, my own fault. I am only giving 4 stars right now (probably should be 3), as I haven't actually used the product yet, just washed it first. Although it was mentioned it comes with a bag, mine did not come with a lunch bag, but we did get chopsticks and a spoon (which didn't fade in the dishwasher).

The media could not be loaded. I love to eat all different kinds of ramen noodles, the pot is aluminum and a good size for 1-2 packages of ramen ,(for better result, I prefer to just cook one ramen noodle in this pot) The water heats up around 3 minutes and cooks ramen noodle perfectly. The boiling water stops when the heat turns off, so ramen can not over cook if eating them in the pot. Since this is a thin pot, treat them with care. It can dent easily and always use a griper to hold the handle since the handle can get hot.

Arrived in perfect condition with the cute little bag. Already used a few times. Heats fast, easy to just quickly wash in the sink when finished. Especially happy with this for the price.

Now if I could get another just like it, but that would hold twice as much! Good size for 2 moderate appetites (what I wanted) or one BIG appetite. But would also like a 2x the size for when there's company expected.
