Fits perfectly in my Lenovo W530
Haven't used it long, but it works just fine in my 2011 or thereabouts Lenovo W530. Service was excellent by seller and seller followed up with an Amazon email making sure I was happy with the product, along with contact information should there be a problem, plus reminding me of the warranty and refund terms. I'd give them 5 stars.

Fits as described on Lenovo T410.
Fits perfectly. Charges well. Battery life is mediocre at 1.5hrs to 2hrs compared to an original, more costly Lenovo battery. But at least allows some independence from AC. Decent product.

So far, so good (T530)
It is hard to find a replacement battery that is compatible with the ThinkPad T530, but this one is perfect. No BIOS or Windows error, it recognizes the battery, and changes with no issues.Charge and longevity is fine, though we only use this PC as a backup now. Time will tell how long this battery lasts, but so far, so good.

Connectors didn't fit in my Lenovo T420 laptop
I purchased this battery because it stated the battery cell were made in Japan.The first one I received had a bad connector, it looked like it had two sections and were bent towards each other.The second one the connector was shifted to the left (compared to the laptop battery) about 1/16th. This would not allow the connectors to mate (even with a little bit of help).

Works until it doesn't....
Battery not holding charge, powers the computer while plugged in, but doesn't stay powered on when the battery is unplugged. Additionally, powers off at random times.Edit: Shockingly good customer service, they saw the review and offered a full refund or a replacement battery. Going to change my review to 4.5 stars.
