Perfect For Baking, Compote, Jelly and Ice Cream
If you'd love add the bright, fresh taste of passionfruit, its undertone of musk to jellys, compotes, ice cream, gelato, Maguary's concentrate is easily the most economical way to go. I make my own yogurt and have copied the obscenely creamy texture of my favorite brand, Noosa Yoghurt (which also happens to come in passion fruit. I wanted to reproduce as close a copy of its compote, too, and so I purchased 4 bottles of this. The flavor is concentrated, but loses nothing. JUST REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A CONCENTRATE! Buying a small amount of passionfruit pulp is prohibitively expensive due to shipping costs. If you're planning to bake, make a syrup, ice cream, Maguary concentrate is by far the most economical way to go AND it tastes just incredible. AWESOME stuff considering the price, and I cannot wait to add it to my next Gelati!!

DON'T BUY IT FROM Flexi Ventures 24 Years On-Line
I love this product but this seller FLEXI VENTURES 24 YEARS ON-LINE is not reliable. DON'T FOLLOW THE DATE THEY SAY IT WILL BE DELIVERED. I am extremely upset. It ruined my party.

So concentrated, it's very easy to use too much!
I've loved the aroma of passion fruit since I first discovered Hawaiian Punch and passion orange juice drinks as a kid and when we returned from our last trip to Hawaii, I was again passionate for passion fruit or Liliquoi as it's frequently called there. In Oahu, every ABC store on every block has passion orange for sale and inexpensive gallon jugs in the grocery markets too, but when I returned to L.A. I couldn't find it anywhere; so Amazon to the rescue! When I first started mixing this at home with orange or mango juice, it just didn't taste quite right; like maybe too acidic or something? I couldn't quite put my finger on the problem until I experimented using less and less. Now I'm using as little as a tablespoon in a 12 oz. glass of juice or soda and it's just great! It seems like all the enhancement is in the aroma and it takes just a little bit to work it's magic. My favorite things to add passion to are orange juice, mango juice or lemon-lime soda. Combinations of juice and soda are good too. A small amount of dark rum like Myers can also be an excellent addition!

Just horrible.
Based on all of these positive reviews I was very excited to try this passion fruit concentrate. Growing up in South America, I was able to drink passion fruit juice often, but it's not so easily available in the US. I have to say I was sorely disappointed upon trying this concentrate. For one thing, if you follow the instructions on the packaging, you will end up with a very watered down product. You must add more concentrate to the water suggested. Second, as another reviewer noted there is a very chemical taste taste that overpowers the passion fruit flavor. No amount of sugar or water can disguise that horrible taste. Third, it tastes NOTHING like fresh passion fruit. I can't understand all of these positive reviews except to say maybe the reviewers never had fresh passion fruit juice. Unfortunately I now have 3 1/2 bottles of this stuff and the best thing I can think to do is mix it with other juices in a fruit punch so the chemical taste isn't noticeable.

Consistently great fresh flavor.
I've tried a few other brands but keep coming back to this one. I use the passion fruit in many smoothies and to add a bit of flavor to Bai drinks. Last time I was in Hawaii, I made a desssert using fresh passion fruit. Trust me, much better to buy the concentrate from Maguary.

The real deal.
Bought 4 bottles and I am still on first one. It is the real concentrated passion fruit. A bit expensive but worth it since passion fruit juice here in USA tastes like crap. Worth it but still expensive. But I love it.

Received on 6/30/2020 Expiration date 6 / 2020 RESOLVED..see comment
My complaint about the expiration date being 6/2020 has been quickly resolved, Amazon quickly investigated and contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer, in turn, contacted me BY PHONE and explained that the date 06/out/20 is in Portuguese and means 06/Oct/2020. I double checked that using a Portuguese to English translator Ap.So... cudos to Amazon for investigating quickly and cudos to the manufacturer for taking the time to contact me.
