So far I am loving this combo of vitamins! Only been on them about a week but very happy to have found these.

I am giving Webbers b6, b12, and folic acid a four star rating because I have not finished the bottle of 90 tablets, a three months supply. The amount of each of these vitamins is what is recommended in many nutritional guides.Webbers is a brand that I have not tried before but it is an American company located in the state of Washington and it was very reasonably priced.It is a co-enzyme used to regulate amino acids, glucose and lipids [fats], it has also been prescribed for many years as a help to prevent morning sickness in pregnant women. I need this additionally to help my body process methionine, an amino acid that is part of my nutritional supplementation.Vitamin b12 is used in the normal functioning of the brain, nerves and of course red blood cells.Folic acid has become a very popular supplement for pregnant women also in DNA and RNA production. Folic acid is on the list of the World Health Organizations essential, effective and safe supplements. These 3 ingredients are water soluble and needed daily from supplementation, the human body does not make it. I will update and possibly change the rating after the bottle is gone.
