This is the perfect chenille spread. I know many reviews say it’s not thick enough, as it is a sheet like material with the chenille on it, but it is exactly like the one I inherited from my grandmother. They are made to be layered with another blanket (I ordered a waffle style) to go between the sheet and the chenille cover. Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the fit, as I ordered it to go in a bedroom we are resigning, and I haven’t gotten to that point yet. I do know they are supposed to drape to the floor in the corners, just as shown in the pictures.It’s a beautiful chenille bedcover, just know what you’re ordering is not a blanket or bedspread, but an actual bedcover. With care they last for years, but expect it to be thin and slightly see through.

This bedspread is a thin fabric with a chenille pattern sewn on top. The pattern also did not match the picture.

This bedspread is very thin. Pretty but can see through the white material.

Very beautiful cover. Fits bed a little on the large side even on a high orthopedic mattress. Color is more faded. Pastel does not match photo online. We still love it!.

I was very much waiting for my beautiful soft looking bedspread. When I received it, I couldn't wait to see what it looked like on my bed. Boy was I disappointed! It looked like a wrinkled, starched, sheet or canvas with tufts of chenille. I hesitantly gave it a one star rating.

The base material looks like burlap from an old rice or potato sack, small amount of chenille, hugely overpriced!
