I've been using AM UpandGo for a week and it's been very effective. As someone who is not a morning person, it's exactly what I need to energize in the morning. I take it before bed or in advance of when I know I'll need it (exams, etc.).Prefer using this over coffee or energy drinks. Most of the pills seem to take effect in 6-7 hours and would be very useful in general. However, one night I took 2 in anticipation of waking up the next morning. I would assume the coating was cracked, because they took effect almost immediately, making it nearly impossible to go to sleep that night. 14 days of warking up with caffeine is not worth the one night I didn't sleep at all because of this product.

Not 8 hours like advertised. So I just wake up way too early, feel wired, and fall back asleep anyways. Lol. Also. I have to take 2-3 to feel anything. And you only get like a handful in the bottle

It works

This product works very well! Besides the morning energy boost I'm using this to help with chronic pain. I wake up with muscle and joint pain everyday and the time release caffeine helps me get going and stay on time to take my morning pain medicine. I take it before bed and can feel it working about 6 hours later. Some mornings I can even wake up a little earlier because it helps me break through the pain. It amazing how well caffeine impacts pain management when used in moderation. I only take 1 and feel that 2 would be way too much for me. Make sure you take it before bed and try to get to sleep asap. (I also use "Energy Boost" from the Swanson brand in the morning. It has a delayed release of 45min and lasts for about 3 hrs.) After a few months of searching, the Am Up and Go is the only caffeine product that offers me the proper time release and dosage of caffeine . Also no niacin which I don't like to use. I'm on my 3rd bottle and hope to stock up when its back in stock.
