The controller works and feels great. My only issue with it was it wasn’t completely clean upon arrival, there was dirt and dust in the cracks of the controller still. I understand pro controllers run a bit expensive, but if I’m paying over $70 for a ‘refurbished’ controller I wouldn’t expect that I’d have to clean it up myself. Other than that small detail controller is great.

Depicted in this review is the magnetic charging cable I'm using with my cable, and its associated usb-c adapter I have plugged into it.The controller arrived with a cable that was faulty, and wouldnt charge it. I almost returned the controller thinking it was malfunctioning, when the cable was the reason it refused to turn on, even after I had charged it for 24 hours.Note: Some IT techs suggest holding the pro controllers sync button down for 3 to 4 minutes, if it doesn't come to life before that. So if you have a pro controller and it's dead, and it doesn't respond when you try to press any buttons, holding down the sync button for 3-4 minutes should work; the one next to the charging port.If this isn't working for you, try switching out your charging cable first for known good one. Afterwards try switching between charging on your switch dock or a known good wall charger. If you can verify that you're charging cable and your charging adapter or source is not at fault by using known good parts for that, only then would you want to consider that your controller is completely dead and needs to be returned or maintenance by an IT tech.

The controller works, it's brand new and I'm finally enjoying using an official Nintendo controller for the console system. Shipped and delivered fast no problem.

The controller that was delivered to me did not work. Although the product was supposed to be refurbished, it was as if they sent me a controller that they hadn't even touched. It would not operate unless plugged into the console, it was dirty, and the controls were sticky. In addition to that I had to pay return shipping on a defective product.

I’ve gone through quite a few controllers and this one appears to the best. No issues and it does the job.
