Product is very good and I installation person is very helpful.

My aftersales experience is way too bad. Within 4 years it suddenly stopped working.Brand does not have their own technicians. They depends on local technicals. Service technician broke the glass hood while repairing and now they are demanding hefty amount for the replacement. Toll free numbers are of no use. The will just give u numbers of local technicians which effectively doesn’t help. I am struggling for the last one month for the replacement of broken glass. Worst experience. DONT GO FOR IT.Update on 19.04.24After numerous follow-ups and post in review, finally Faber Head Office team from Pune has taken up the matter and delivered me the glass top with 50% discount. Though I have to pay the rest 50%, I thank Faber Pune Team to share the half amount and suggest them to send trained professionals in future.

Faber's after-sales service is extremely poor. I strongly advise everyone against buying Faber appliances. There are better alternatives in the market that offer superior customer support. If you still choose to buy a Faber product, good luck—you’ll likely regret it. Be prepared to raise multiple service requests with no response in return.

Excellent product with best suction power but worst installation provided by faber india.The product is bit noisy but looks compensates for it 😛.Seller "Kitchen Brand Store" is also very good and provided excellent support. I recommend buying from them only.

It's an elegant piece which fits perfectly well for our open kitchen design. Review on:1500m kitchen chimney. We were looking for a chimney that not only serves the utility of high suction power but wanted a classy looking one for our classic themed kitchen and this product was just perfect. We have just installed it for our new home and I'll share the picture and reviews after using the product.Thanks to the seller for the followup on delivery status and swift response rate with our clarification.Definitely worth the priceP.s -if would have been great if the screws were hidden in the design element ,which isn't that bad but just a suggestion to faber design team. The media could not be loaded. I am regretting purchasing this product. Withing 2 months 4 technicians visited and no one resolved the issue. Finally I got the area head contact number. When I shared my issue with him, he also started ignoring my call.Actually this Chimney doesn't suck smoke from right side. From right side instead of sucking it blows out air. That's why smoke is not sucked but filled in the kitchen. Video is attached with this feedback. I shared the same video to area head of faber Rakesh.Feedback 2: finally after tolerating this product from 1 month, a technician visited my place and resolved the issue. I must say Faber your senior executives are very ignorant and careless. Even after knowing my issue Rakesh the area head never picked up my call nor call me. I called him more than 5 times. You need to change technicians as well. 3 technicians visited my place and all gave different reasons. 1st technician just use paper technique and refuse to accept the problem. 2nd technician did some changes in chimney and made a power short circuit in my kitchen. 3rd technician said need to change motor. The 4th identified the issue correctly. It was due to wrong installation done by your technician.My experience with faber is pathetic. From technician to Senior executives all are in same dumb, ignorant and careless.Anyway since my issue is resolved now after so much struggling, increasing it's rating from 1 to 3 stars.
