I bought this for my now 14-year-old Audi when I upgraded my iPhone and the factory connector no longer fitted. This cable both charges your phone while driving and enables the use of multimedia apps such as Spotify, iTunes, et cetera through the MMI system. it also enables satnav notifications when using media as a source. However, if you are listening to the radio you will not get audio from satnav. This cable has been going strong for years now. Really good quality no issues, would thoroughly recommend.

Old short lead works fine, bought this item to extend my range but the signal is very intermittent, not useable.

Works perfect , always had using transmitter , now the quality of sound increased 40% , love it

Audio plays through the full surround sound Bose system in my 2007 Audi Q7 with this cable which is the main goal I was hoping for. The additional ability of charging the phone doesn’t work however. And unlike previous cables I’ve had the the artist and song doesn’t display on the dashboard display.

Using it on an Audi A3 and iPhone. The connection is intermittent. If I hold the cable with a slight pressure on the phone it charges but if I let go it stops charging.
