I used this product for 1 week, and then one a week and once a month in stages with the intention of helping my body process sulfur better as I was becoming unable to eat a variety of foods without becoming sick: garlic, onions, cruciferous veggies, ans many cereals / grains. Garlic was the biggest one for me! And a life without garlic sounds... Painful. So I began learning how to help my body build a better tolerance and settled on this brand of molybdenum. Sure enough, before long, I was able to eat anything without discomfort or sickness! I love this company and recommend their products as the quality is reliable. I can proudly say, I am able to eat garlic soup and feel like a million bucks afterwards. That wouldn't have been possible without this supplement! Make sure to dilute it in a drink. It doesn't have much of a flavor but you can tell there is something there. It is more of a mouth feeling than a taste- I believe it is because this is a mineral. Not at all unpleasant, don't let that detour you. I have recommended this product to my family members who also struggled with Sulfur Intolerance.

You need to have a syringe to use this product.

The first bottle of this stuff I bought was flavorless. Just put a capful in my morning tea and vanquished the odd nutritional deficiency identified by my doctor cheaply and painlessly. But the second bottle came flavored with that vile artificial cherry flavoring. Makes me gag on it's own, ruins my tea, therefore I am disinclined to take it, which does not help my deficiency. I'll never buy this again.

I have MS and I am fighting candida. My liver wasn't handling the detox. My legs and joints were aching. I read that this product assists the liver so I tried it and my legs stopped aching within three days.

It may help some with special concerns, but was problematic for me.

Doesn't taste like anything mixed with enough water. Not sure if it's working though, I assume it is.
