This is expensive and tastes vile, hard to take. I was hoping it would help with Candida symptoms (as I lack this mineral), as previous molybdenum capsules have, but it has not helped at all. Would not purchase again or recommend.

I have MS and I am fighting candida. My liver wasn't handling the detox. My legs and joints were aching. I read that this product assists the liver so I tried it and my legs stopped aching within three days.

Doesn't taste like anything mixed with enough water. Not sure if it's working though, I assume it is.
