Comfy and folds small
We tried out a bunch of pillows of different types and I chose this for our international flight. It folds up very small, but is a good size for me when inflated. I preferred inflating it about 70% instead of fully to make it a bit softer.

Easy storage and great for travel
Bought for my son when he back packed through Europe. Easy for travel, packs away nicely and comfortable.

Seems well made
It holds the air well. Seems well made. I appreciate how small it is to pack. Hopefully it will be comfy for my 18 hour flight!

Love it
Super easy and convenient to use/travel with. Surprisingly this is more comfortable than a regular neck pillow because you can control the inflation of it! Don’t think twice about it.

Quality Not As Good As It Used To Be
I use this pillow to support my neck when sitting or sleeping in my recliner. I have purchased 3 of these, the last one in January of this year. It’s already losing air and the valve no longer holds the air inside when you remove the cap to fill with air. The other 2 I had seemed to last quite a while before this same problem happened. Time to find a different brand or style.

Inflation valve is worthless!
The inflation valve is not two-way. Once you remove your mouth from the valve, it immediately begins to deflate, and reinserting the valve cap requires pushing in on the pillow, further deflating it. No matter how fast you are, it’s impossible to get a reasonable firmness. I should have listened to the other reviews. I would not recommend buying this product.

Versatile travel pillow, used as my ONLY pillow for 5 months! No complaints.
I love this neck pillow. You can make it either a very firm or more soft pillow depending on how much you inflate it. When backpacking overseas for many months this was my pillow for travel and my pillow for sleeping (just covered it with a pillow case). I still have and use it regularly a year later. For cleaning I've just wiped it with alcohol wipes when needed. It's really helped my back and neck. I forgot it on a recent trip and bought a different neck pillow at the airport which was terrible! This is the only pillow that allows me to sleep on a plane. I'll buy it again.
