I saw the negative reviews and was a little worried, however my experience was five stars. I ordered it, took test the next day, UPS picked it up from my house (it was free, next day air is included), got results a day later. It doesn’t get any easier than that! I would and will use them again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I periodically like to check for STD's - just to be sure! This test was quick and easy and we got the results in three days! Great service.

I sent my sample in. Process was pretty simple. I got an email a few days later asking to verify my name. I used an alias on the test sample as I wanted to remain anonymous. Somehow they detected it was not my legal name then refused to process the sample. They deleted my account and refused to issue a refund.Nowhere on the website does it say I have to use my real name. I highly question why I would have to provide this and why they run such a rigorous verification process. Especially since you’re given a unique ID number that falsely gave me the sense of privacy. I was simply looking for the results for my own personal knowledge… not to be put in some online database.

This product was a life saver. With all of this hysteria going on it was impossible to get an appointment anywhere. This company/product was fast, reliable, easy to use, supportive and certainly has the best customer service I’ve received. I absolutely love and recommend this company/product. I would certainly use their product for my next screening.

I received the box in the mail on Tuesday, collected samples and mailed off on Wednesday morning and had my results on Saturday morning! I’m highly impressed with this technology and will be utilizing and recommending it to others.

This is misleading advertising. I bought this as the fastest test I could find but really it is an 8 day cycle. I just received the text saying they have my sample and I'll get results "normally in 2-5 days" which is not ideal when you need medication immediately.

Instructions are super clear. It takes around 10 mins just reading and understanding and taking the test. It has an app where you can fill a form about your health and what things you want to talk with doctors. They will contact you just in case of an emergency.

Ordered this to not have to make a doctors visit. Efficient and results come back quickly! Really awesome product. Will order again if I have to!
