These pills do what they should by digesting fats. I bought them because I thought they were 1000 mg per pill, which is what I was taking in another brand that became unavailable. But they are only 500 mg pills. I’ve had my gallbladder removed and was very sick for years before gallbladder removal and afterwards. No doctors helped my issue. Horrible acid, nausea, bloating and chronic constipation. I found out with outside lab tests that I had Candida and mold, plus a fatty liver. I had my gallbladder removed because it was packed with gallstones but that only made matters worse. I’ve found out since that most people with gerd actually have too little hci and most people with gallstones have too little bile being produced by their liver, that is getting fatty. I take several hci capsules now and one bile capsule now with every meal and it has changed my life. Doctors actually hurt us so much more by giving us antacids and ppi’s for acid. We need that hci that the lining of our damaged stomach is not making enough of… too little hci, and the little flap at the top of our stomach isn’t triggered to close properly… leading to our stomach acid being able to come up our throat… making us THINK we have too much acid… when in fact we have not enough… This started with me and I wasn’t able to digest proteins properly and I had horrible acid coming up my throat. It happens with age or when our gut flora become imbalanced .. poor diet… many reasons, but it starts a chain reaction… if our liver starts getting fatty , it doesn’t produce enough bile anymore… bile helps take out toxin’s. It also helps regulate our hormones and cholesterol. It also helps our Thyroid function. From a healthy person, I went downhill fast.. I was chronically sick.. I lost a lot of weight because I felt so toxic and nauseous. I was very constipated very badly and I looked 6 months pregnant with all the bloating. I spent thousands of dollars on tests and different pills. Our gallbladder is a holding tank for the bile that our liver produces. It releases the amount that we need to digest fats when we eat. If our liver is already damaged and not making enough bile… then we get our gallbladder removed… small drips of bile then go straight into our small intestine. When we eat a fatty meals, we don’t have the proper amount of bile to digest those fats. So these bile pills now do that for me, along with the the hci pills helping digest proteins I eat. When I started the hci… I had no more gerd.. it just stopped. Then by adding the ox bile, no more nausea and no more constipation. Also the Thyroid pills the drs had put me on… I no longer need them, because the bile that I’m now getting is helping my Thyroid function. I just had my annual blood tests, and my Thyroid function was normal!! I’ve been taking these now for almost a year. I do take enzymes as well with my meals. And occasionally probiotics… but what really changed things for me was the Ox Bile and HCI. It’s sad that drs only focus on treating a symptom, instead of trying to stop the symptom from happening to begin with and it’s very sad that sometimes we have to learn to try to help ourselves and can’t count on them.

This product interact what's my medication. It also gave me diarrhea Heartburn and made my heart rate go up.

I started with 1 pill before meal. Then I realized that every time I took it I'd have diarrhea, so I stopped. 1pill is only 500mg.I may try opening the capsule and using even less, to see if that way it works and improves my digestion.... I still have to check, I will update the review if I will.Ok, opening the capsule doesn't work because it tastes waaaay to bad. Don't do it.Update: First, you should take it right after meal. Not 10 minutes later :) I know it now. Ok, a month later I gave it another try. I'm taking it for a week so far, on and off, I forget sometimes. So I LIKE THEM. I've been taking only one pill 500mg with full meals, and it's been great. My bloat didn't magically go away (I take it together with bethaine HCL), I didn't suddenly lose weight. Also I need to say I'm not missing a gallbladder, it's just a bit sluggish. However, I can tell my foods are digesting better, and I like that I don't need to take pancreatins to digest my foods entirely. So I'll see another month and give an update if my digestion problems are entirely resolved. I'm trying to battle the root cause of SIBO.P.s: DON'T TAKE IT WITH SMALL FOOD or WITH ALCOHOL E.g. today I had for lunch small grilled octopus, salad, and couple mimosas. Which I tolerate very well normally. But hour later I was in a super dangerous almost accidental situation, thank God I found toilet fast...Another update: so once you know how this thing works with your body, little bit of a trial and error period, you'll do good. I don't necessarily feel some drastic amazing changes in me, but now I wonder if I should take more, since I know now to take RIGHT AFTER THE MEAL. But you gotta find out how much your body needs with how much food. It's easy to overdo and have diarhhea and terrible stomach cramps.

Definitely helped with my digestion and joint pain. It’s a quality product that does give me an energy boost.

I'm not sure how well or if this product did any difference bc it caused me sever heart burn and indigestion. I've had those 2 things since I was 17ish and I'm not 41.

I like this pills, help my digestion a lot, but I didn't give 5 stars,because the pills get stuck in my throat sometimes and burst, is very painful and irritates my throat badly after, the pills quality needs to be improved, the formula is very good specially for people without gallbladder.
