More comfortable than NHS sticks
Very comfortable hand grip and very sturdy. I have NHS issued crutches and a walking stick and I can definitely say that these are a lot more comfortable on your palms. These have the same adjustable height pins and a bigger floor grip which is great for both carpet and solid floor. Highly recommended.

Love my crutches. Lightweight & so much more comfortable than the NHS ones.The big problem with these ‘Open crutches’ are if you want to open a door for example the crutches ‘fall backwards’, there’s nothing preventing this. When I purchased these I searched FDI on Amazon for something to secure the crutches & contacted the company. . All that was available was some crazy yellow rope which was totally. impractical. So I got some Velcro & threaded it through the top slits of each arm piece, very simple. (As seen in the photo). Now they are perfect.

these are no good for severe disabled people loose grip too easily , my husband kept dropping them so i had them as i have arthritis too same with me ok if walking problem not severe, if you depend on crutches get around with long term disability dangerous could cause fall as my husband did after dropped one gone back to elbow crutches waste money should come with warning not for frail disabled
