I have purchased this waist trainer and it works wonders. I lost a lot of weight just wearing it in my daily non exercise activities. The product has good quality and convenient. I wear this while I'm working out and it definitely makes me sweat more, which makes me hope I'm burning more calories. My shirt is soaked after I'm done and it helps to remind me to straighten my back. I definitely wear my shirt or tank top under it since it can irritate my skin a bit. It is very comfortable, has plenty of material so you can adjust it as needed and the velcro holds tight. I have only been using it for about 10 days but I have noticed a change with how I feel. I also use it while I'm doing housework just to increase my sweat factor. I have a short torso and I don't notice any rolling or movement, it fits well and is great for the price!

Dose not keep shape. Have to keep adjusting because it is to thin a Material that keep stretching . Win taking off at end of wearing it is all deformed looking. It works in a pinch for not much money. So that all I have say about that.

Now, this is a product I highly recommend. Not only does it increase your normal sweat activity but it hugs your body like a suction cup. I was shocked and VERY impressed with what this product did for me. My issues have been finding a waist trimmer that does what it states, for one fitting me. How many times has someone overweight purchased one and it did not fit? Clearly, I am not the only one. I lost 30 pounds on my own with basic life style changes.
