Great dashi
I’ve always purchased this dashi - delicious and good value for money.

Vegan option
It's quite salty, per the warning on the packet in Japanese. I can use up to say 1g per bowl of soup and the kelp adds subtle depth of flavour provided you use a good miso paste to begin with. Good for vegan miso I think, nice alternative to mushroom. Personally I prefer dashi based on bonito flakes but this is a nice option to have.
