Great low carb
Best low carb noodles I have tried. Not slimy like some shirataki noodles. More like pasta.

The smell is unbelievable
I thought I can wash the smell away, but it haints me to thisnday.

Need to rinse well and dry out
You need to really rinse very well and dry these out to make them edible. I put these in a colander and rinse well, then put them in a low shallow bowl and microwave them for a few minutes( 800 watt microwave). A bunch of liquid will come out when you do this so drain in the colander again. Continue to do this until the noodles are dried out. Alternatively you can rinse these and cook in a nonstick pan until they are drier. When dried out they have a less slippery texture and sauce will stick to them better. These seem to work better in Asian noodle dishes since they are more like rice noodles than pasta. Also are good to add bulk to Asian type soups. I sometimes mix these with a little real pasta( Barilla protein plus)so I don’t notice them as much. These don’t have the texture of real pasta so if that’s what you’re looking for I would pass on these.
