Installed and running
I had a couple of concerns when purchasing this switch so I will do my best to help fill in some of my worries.1. The POE does power Unify Access points: U6+ Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Access Point (Purchased)2. It is a little loud but not horrible, I wouldn't want this under my desk or in my bedroom but a closet with an enclosed rack should be fine.3. Longevity, Its only been installed for about a week so far no issues but I cant say much at this point.

Works well, good value
Purchased this to replace a ruckus switch that came with the house I purchased a year ago. The ruckus started failing intermittently since day one, and kept getting worse. This linksys switch has been working fine so far for a fraction of the cost of the ruckus junk

Best of Both Worlds, I Introduce to you this Fantastic Network SWITCH.
Hot dog, I love Linksys. This switch is absolutely super. With an all-metal construction, it feels excellent in-paw. Whether you're using it to conduct serious business, or view lewds on the internets, that's entirely up to you but at least you should know it will do it INCREDIBLY WELL!Pros: Everything (all metal build, rapid speeds, flashy blinky lights, good weight, etc)Cons: None.- Okay, maybe one. I wish each port had two LEDs, rather than just one. But this is nothing serious. The one LED changes color based on connection speed. Orange = 100mbs. Green = 1Gbps

POE
This switch is great the only problem I have is the POE part of it doesn't work. When I have my cell phone plugged into the POE switch part it does not charge my cell phone. My phone battery loses power when using the POE switch. My phone does not show there is a charge being delivered to my phone. Other than that it works great I can get internet to all the Cat6 plugin locations in my house at the same time.

Set it and forget it!!
This switch has been part of my network for years, and I barely even notice it’s there.

What's not to like?
24 gigabit ports with 12 POE. This one switch replaced a different 24 port switch, only 100 MBPS, and a separate 8 port gigabit switch with 4 POE ports. The only downside is that this unit has a cooling fan, which is a little noisy.

Works great. No issues at all. Simple to set up and appears to be good quality.

Defective ports, even worse customer service (from Linksys, not Amazon)
I used this switch for a small office to provide PoE to 3 Linksys Wireless AP's and a PoE IP phone. I soon found out that ports 3 and 4 were losing connectivity when the connected CAT-5e cables were manipulated even slightly. Ports 1 and 2 (PoE) were just fine, and so were the other non-PoE ports. I used the same cables that worked great in Ports 1 and 2 to confirm it was just the ports 3 and 4 that had the problem. Unfortunately I bought the switch on July 24th and I was already past my return period, so I had to deal with Linksys tech support. That was a terrible experience. I'd rather call Comcast customer support. Yes, that bad.First I tried chatting with them because I don't do well on the phone with people who have heavy accents. I was pleasantly surprised when I got someone to chat with almost immediately. After the required pleasantries of name, number, serial number, model, etc., I explained the issue. I told the agent about my troubleshooting experience. Pretty simple stuff: the same stuff that works great on ports 1 and 2 do not work on ports 3 and 4. I doesn't require a network engineer to figure out that those 2 ports are faulty. Just for giggles I tried many different cables ranging from super-premium CAT-6 to crappy CAT-5e that came pre-made in a box for something else. Every single one of them failed in ports 3 and 4, but worked great on ports 1 and 2.The agent said he wanted me to do a ping test... and I was just annoyed at this point and said "Look... it is pretty clear what the issue is. Very simple stuff. Can I just get an RMA and swap this thing out?". The agent said OK and promised to call me in 3-5 minutes on my cell number. 1 hour later, no call.So then I decided to bite the bullet and call the 800 number. I went through the LINKSYS BUSINESS SUPPORT WEBSITE to get the number and called it. The hold wait time was 15-20 minutes (ugh). Finally got some lady on the line, explained my issue, and she said her department couldn't help me because it was a business product and the department that could help me was closed. I'd have to call back Monday. At this point, I lost my patience. Normally I don't take my frustration out on a lowly, underpaid phone operator, but it's Saturday... I want to go home... why give me the damn "BUSINESS" phone support line number, put me on hold for 15 minutes, then tell me they can't help for BUSINESS products??!!I kindly told them were they could stick their switch and hung up. Now I have to wait until Monday to call and probably get the run around. If this was a home, consumer-grade router or switch I would understand this level of support is par-for-the-course... but you pay a little bit of a premium for business-class products, so to be treated like this is unacceptable. I will be staying away from Linksys products from now on.
