Q: Well it fit the ksg25?

Yes this is fine in all 50 states including, NY, NJ, CT, CA. Thank you.

Q: Anyone try installing on a Gen 1?

This is only for the Gen 2+ versions. We also do have the Gen 1 selector switch available. Just email us afterwards and let us know to ship you the Gen 1 version. Thank you. Karl, Hi-Tech custom concepts

Q: Will the KSG limited lifetime warranty be voided by installing this?

No. This does not modify anything on the KSG permanently. It's a simple swap. You can always return it to stock form at any time.
