Great product!
I bought these for my son who is doing P90X and he loves them! Before that I'd given him some old resistance bands of mine but there is a world of difference between the two. These are very nice with their different levels of resistance and handles. They seem a very good quality too.

Very helpful
These are great for working out - we're working on P90X, and my wife has some shoulder issues that prevent her from doing some of the exercises safely. With a little creativity, these almost always provide viable, safe options. Heavy duty, easy to use.

Good quality
Bought these lighter bands for my wife. They are sturdier and offer more resistance that the bands sold at Target, Dick's, etc. Only 4 stars because I feel they should give you handles for all three bands. Wife uses different bands for different exercises and has to switch out the handles during her work out.

Great resistance bands with handles!
Bought as replacements for my original ones from beach body - use these every day! Great resistance with different “weight” - the handles provide a great grip and allow for effective moves without slipping from hands or feet.

Beachbody Has never Let me down.
Beachbody is on the pricey side. Yes, but what they offer is worth every penny. I mean would you want bands from target that will break and hit you in the face? After my 10 years doing beachbody programs, suppliments, equipment. I trust them. These bands won't break and their made well.

Needs More Handles
These bands are high quality and effective. There are three resistance levels and those can be adjusted by stepping on the bands to shorten them. The resistance levels are geared towards women. The handles are very comfortable and easy to attach. Speaking of handles, there are two sets but three bands. What's with that Beach Body? That's why this gets three stars instead of five. I have to order another set of handles separately. The bands are made of latex so if you have allergies, don't buy these. They are made in China.
