Mighty Depot for the win!!
Let me start by saying that this is the OLD SCHOOL kind of customer service that some of the young pups out there have never even seen before. These days when you order an item on Amazon (Prime) you think- Meh, it's Prime! I can just ship it back if I don't like it and buy something else. That is exactly what I did.I ordered the Plantronics CS530 from Amazon. There were "buying options" one being from Amazon and three others from various different sellers who's names I did not recognize. I received my CS530 and handlifter... but with a manual, no support and what I can describe as a faulty headset so I sent that thing packing back to the Amazon jungle.I voiced my complaints to a co-worker who had just ordered the same headset. He had shopped around and found the same headset, but decided to order a "used" one slightly cheaper direct from the seller.... Mighty Depot!I reluctantly re-ordered the same headset via Amazon, but this time ordered it from the unknown (to me) seller "Mighty Depot". I received it on schedule plugged it in and got the new headset working almost right away. The crazy thing is...a few days later I got an email from Bill at the Mighty Depot. He wanted to check to make sure my sound quality was good and that I was happy with the product. I responded to the email that while I was ok with the sound quality I wasn't happy with the life of the battery. It was dead within an hour of sitting on my ear. As soon as I hit sent I received a phone call from an unknown number. And there was Bill, ready to jump in and help. He did some trouble shooting and ultimately determined that my headset which does not have a replaceable battery was faulty and not holding the appropriate charge. Bill put a new headset in the mail the SAME day! I asked that I ship the old one back with the pre-paid shipping label he sent me. Great! But I didn't send it back.. . I kept it a few more days and limped it along until my new one arrived. The new headset was just as good as the last, fit well, settings were ok... but back to the battery life. I'm not sure if my expectations are too high, but I started getting low battery beeps inside of -3 hours. My old headset (Plantronics Savi VOIP model) would last 2 days!! So when this little puppy needed recharging after a few hours of just sitting on my head (without even talking) I was a little bummed.Of course I get another phone call from Bill checking in again to see how the new headset is working out. Mind you I didn't call him and he already has gone above and beyond sending me 2 headsets, tech support etc. I'd say since there is nothing technically wrong with the headset I purchased he had already fulfilled his contract agreement by providing me exactly what I ordered. But no.... Bill left me 2 messages and an email because he wanted to make sure I was happy.a few days later I sent Bill another email because I'm thinking... man this guy is losing sleep not knowing what I thinking of this thing. I thanked him again for the new headset... works great. But... not really what I was hoping for.Boom! Bill heard my issue. Understood my needs and without me even asking tells me that he has another model (with replaceable) battery that he thinks would work better for my situation and would go ahead and send it out to me right away. (I haven't even sent the CS530 back yet)Wait...Whaaaat???I received the new headset over the weekend and while I haven't had the chance to really put it to the test it seems to work GREAT!! plugged it in and calls came in...worked great with my Cisco phone system and even connects to my cell phone via Bluetooth!! Battery life TBD. But I'm comfortable leaving this feedback because I'm leaving the feedback for Bill and the Mighty Depot!! The headset was just a bonus (speaking of bonuses... Bill even sent me an Extra battery and a earpiece kit...Seriously.) If you are like me and just want your stuff to work. Order from Mighty Depot. These people will not sleep until they get it right.Gone are the days of department store shopping when you can talk to a trained sales person who can tell you everything you need to know about an item before you make a decision. But this company is bringing that whole customer service thing back to the forefront.Well done Mighty Depot! ...and the headset is pretty cool too! (Plantronics Savi 710)

Best earpiece I've ever owned
I'm on the phone 8 hours a day providing tech support. I've been wearing out headsets since the 90's. I've had this connected to my Shortel desk phone for the past 2 years and have never had a single problem with it once. I was wary of Plantronics going into this - but i have no regrets.pros-Quality is super. I guess the little foam covers fall off but I prefer it without those anyways. The earpiece is one solid piece and super flexible. The mouthpiece doesnt bend but it yaws in and out and there's no need for anything more.-Sound is loud and clear. I can hear everything.-Comfort is the best i've ever had. I'll wear it all day and never think about it once. It's basically weghtless and not intrusive at all. Sometimes I forget to take it off until I'm 10 minutes into lunch. It stays exactly where it needs to be and I never need to adjust anything after i drop it on my ear.-Never had anyone say they had any problems hearing anything I've said-The only time I've run out of battery is when use it a full day then leave it off the charger afterwards. You can talk for 8-9 hours and not worry about charge especially if you dock it at lunch.-connect/disconnect button on the earpiece is easy to find and press. It's just a quick tap and you only need one finger.con-the volume buttons are hard to find and pressing them requires some leverage when it's worn but I only just leave it near the top then adjust the volume from my desk phone. I've never had to adjust volume directly on the earpiece. If you need a headset for work and you need to wear this all day - this is the one to get. A bit pricey but a great investment.

They are easy to hook up onto our Shortell phones
I have purchased about 10 of these in the last couple of years for work. Everyone of them works flawlessly. They are easy to hook up onto our Shortell phones. They sound good. They are easy to use. And they have a very good range probably 3040 feet from my phone down a few hallways and still sound pretty good. They are reasonably comfortable to wear for 15-20 minutes maybe longer depends on the person really. I personally don't enjoy wearing it over my ear when I'm not on a call but everybody is different. I also work computer glasses so that might have something to do with it. Overall this is I highly recommend a product I would hesitate to buy more
