The best GF flour I ever used and will ever use
I tried many GFflour for my son, this one is the best. It works for pancake, brownies, cake, cookies, muffins… it give awesome results. I add flaxseed in warm water and apple purée for egg replacement and add psyllium husk for gluten. Add cream of tartar for cookies in it and of course baking powder and soda for baking in all of the recipes. It is an equivalent of regular flour. Will not use any other flour! My search for a good GF flour is done!

YUM!
We're so glad we found these GF brownies. They are delicious, easy to make, and we love the chocolate chips that are part of the batter. I'm glad not to mess with GF ingredients and use this mix instead.

Delicious brownies but TOO expensive!
On the positive, I REALLY enjoy these GF brownies - I am very picky and since I have been on a strict GF diet for over 11 years, have found few bread/cake/carb items that I really enjoy - so I often go w/out. These mix-brownies are a real treat - incredibly easy to make, taste is really good (not the typical GF disappointing texture or flavor) and they last if stored in the fridge to enjoy for days. The negative - I used to purchase a 3 pack very inexpensive at the local grocer. Now I can't find them on the shelves and online the price has skyrocketed. Why??? just because they are good... I read the reviews for this ad before buying and I mistakenly thought I was receiving 8 boxes of 3 packs (total 24 packages) because of the reviews - wrong. I rec'd 8 boxes of single packs - so 8 pans of brownies. This seller was better/less expensive than others I saw, so not awful, but much more expensive than I (wrongly) understood - the reason for my 4 rather than 5 star rating. The brownies themselves I would give a 5 star rating too - unfortunately, not easy to obtain for reasonable price these days. I can now make pretty good GF brownies from scratch, but is just easier w/ this mix. However, with the price expanding exponentially, I will only buy these on occasion. Guess you'll have to decide if they are worth it...

the BEST GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES I have found
As someone who was diagnosed celiac 5 1/2 years ago, I've tried many gluten free options. Brownies are MY THING. I would choose brownies over any other dessert just about every time. These are, hands down, the BEST GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES I have found. They are rich & dense (but not overly dense & heavy like a flourless chocolate dessert where it's all butter, sugar & cocoa), not "cakey" at all. They taste like the real thing, which is not usually the case w/gf items. Wish I could find them locally, but the price here is pretty reasonable for a gf item.I make regular "gluten" items for parties, because I think it's unfair to ask other people to eat gluten-free too if they aren't celiac or gluten sensitive. But I've made these brownies for many friends & family, and they absolutely love them. Trust me when I say it's an honest group, they would tell me if they didn't like them. They can't tell the difference either. The response is always "these are good", not the "these are good...for gluten free" that the gluten-eating crowd usually says of gf items. So I can make a dessert that's popular with the added benefit of actually being able to eat it myself!
