I've used this product for years as a runner. Sometimes my heel hurts, so I wear these for a few days to provide additional cushioning. I do cut out the "cool treatment" bags. For my use, I don't need the bags. Without the bags, my foot fits just fine in the shoe.

Didn't know you just get one of these! Plus no padding in the heel where you need it. Piece of JUNK! I will be returning this!

My husband had a lot of pain in his heel when he walked. This really seemed to help him greatly and he found it pretty comfortable wearing with his every day shoes and dress shoes. He has had heel pain off and on for years and when he wears this he definitely notices a huge difference in relief. We just ordered a new one. Our first purchase of this product was 11/2011. So it also lasted a long time even with very regular use. Would recommend this product for sure!

The heel pads are too thick and cut off circulation to the toes. My old one was actually a tighter fit but the pads were thinner and it did not cut the circulation off

Don’t expect them to be green. They are tan.
