Received my oder very fast and in good condition.

The taste is amazing. Never liked sweet & salty but this changed my mind. Very hard to find in local stores, but they arrive packed with a cold pillow, fresh and sooo good.

Though I really liked the product, the bags that were delivered seemed to have the product all melted together inside the package making it almost impossible to remove a piece at a timeThe taste of the product was outstanding

I like how they specialized in their packaging. They came in perfect condition. It was fresh & delish. Just a bit pricey. These days these pretzel clusters are hard to find locally.

I’ve ordered in quantity; however the last three shipments have been melted together with no individual pieces. I tried one of their retailers in big box store, and my husband failed check bags. It is evident, it is one clump in bottom of bag. I really enjoyed as individual pieces, but I cannot justify price for bad quality control. I will not be ordering in the future. I’ve also called mfg but only get voice message. Sad to have a good product, but I won’t be only one to stop purchasing . Mfg needs package better as small bits break off in bottom as well. No more. I also noticed some seemed to have marshmallows as filler as well. Not listed as content on bag. Sorry, I’ve given you too many opportunities..mfg now calls and said they don’t sell to Amazon. I know what I purchased and it has been a waste of money.

These were gone in a heart beat.

I bought these in the airport first time I tried them and was in love. So I just bought a case. I opened the first bag and there were only two actual clusters in there. The rest was tiny broken slightly chocolate covered pieces. I thought. Okay May it’s just this bag and opened another. Same thing. 3 bags and all just tiny broken pieces and maybe 2-3 little clusters. I won’t be buying it again even though I loved the first bag I bought. The packaging was so impressive. You would have thought they were shipping gold. But no. Just disappointment.
