The delivery was not the problem. Both jars had somehow lost their vacuum seal and lids loose allowing contents to seep out into the package.

Being an Ex-Pat it's really difficult to find home comforts and Branston Pickle is one of those "can't live without" things I've loved since I was a child in London. I'm always on the lookout for vendors who can meet those needs and these jars are a good size and arrived packaged really well. I was really impressed that the 'sell by' dates are a couple of years away too, which is great given the likes of World Market have trouble with getting fresh condiments from abroad, so I will definitely be buying from these people again. Love my Branston!

Virtually unknown in America, first tried it in a charcuterie dish at a now defunct Brit pub. Later saw it in a documentary where they include it in the classic ploughman's lunch, which calls for nice flavorful cheese, bread and Branston pickle! Since I like an accasional midnight snack of cheese and such, I ordered a half kilo jar and here we are! Imagine bits of pickled turnips, in a sweet, vinegary sauce dominated by caramelized onions and a little curry. The flavor is too different for most Americans, but it goes great with a nice cheddar and crusty bread.

Branston is a bit like marmite. Some love it, some hate it.I love the stuff and this arrived quickly, very well packaged and in excellent condition.

Growing up in England I relished Branston's Pickle and often enjoyed it with lunch. Especially good with cheddar cheese and cold Ploughman's Lunch. Delicious. This two pack is decent value.
