Fantastic
After the pandemic, I couldn't find cake flour at all in the store. Fifth pounds is what I always brought so by chance I went to Amazon and found it. This is my second purchase of this cake flour. I've also recommended this product to others and they bought it. I recommend it to all bakers. I put the cake flour in two f-gallon buckets with a lid.Just don't like the delivery.

Bad smell
The powder smells really bad and I don't know how to get rid of it.

The flour had bugs in the bag. The purpose of buying a large amount was for wedding cakes.
Disappointing to discover bugs in the bag. I had to get new flour locally.
