Absolutely terrable, nothing like southern fried chicken
Totally avoid. I often buy flavoring from this company and have always been great (totally recommend the kebab flavoring), but this was totally disguising. It was a really fine power which looked very reddish. I followed the instructions to the letter and the results were very different. The coating was red, not reddish brown, by red and the smell of BBQ was overwhelming. The taste was totally awful, very very strong BBQ flavor and nothing like any southern coating I've ever seen. My dogs love chicken (in any form), but even they refused to eat this. My wife loves BBQ chicken, needless to say she threw it away. Not sure if I was sent the wrong packets (the labels were correct), but I would suggest you AVOID!!
