Martins 16 oz Eraser 41% Glypho Clear

I have some areas that have been overgrown with weeds to the point that I didn't want to mess with pulling them, and just wanted to kill them off in order to put some sod plugs in (I have St. Augustine, so seed is not an option).Roundup works well, but between the cost and concerns about it getting into the soil (for 6 months) and wreaking havoc on other plantings.I came across Martin's Eraser, and was drawn to the fact that it has no activity in the soil. Even if I get overspray on grass, the grass will grow right back.The biggest difference other than price and soil effects, is the time to kill. Roundup is fast (usually see results in a day or two)... Eraser takes, from my experience takes +/- 11 days (not the 6-7 I see advertised).I simply spray the weeds, set a reminder for 11 days, then respray anything I missed. It's been super effective, and we now have easily cleared areas without damaging surrounding plants, and are ready to either mulch beds or plant sod plugs.

Don't be surprised if you don't see results in a couple of days. It can take more than a week to kick in but when it does, BAM, the weeds are gone! Decent price.

Even though the percentage of active ingredient is the same as another brand it needs to be mixed stronger to get the same results.

I like your product because it take three days to kill the grass or weed. I do it on the fence line so I won’t have to edge and it last for three months.
