It is a quick read and answered some of my questions
This book is a quick read and it gives accounts of testing etc. It answered some questions I had from another book about how and what kind of Hydrogen Peroxide to use for vaporizers and nose sprays. It is extremely important to do your reading and studying when dealing with Hydrogen Peroxide Food grade etc. If not you can be in for a world of hurt and even death. This books explains the different grades of Hydrogen Peroxide and what how they are used. It also gives the warnings that need to be heeded. As with other areas I don't just read one book so this is not the only one I have read and studied up on. I go online as well and this book gives many sites and where the information is from so that is helpful. I also appreciate the comments that people make online about the different Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and read up on whether or not there are any additives. It is important that you are getting the right thing as additives and taking with plain water to dilute can mix with the chlorine in the water so please heed the warnings.

Seriously, a 10-minute search around the internet and you'll glean far more detailed information than this booklet contains
I hate tearing something apart but when someone puts out something like this to prey on people looking for a solution to their illness it tears me up and something needs to be said. $10 for a bloated brochure defiantly needs to be addressed and labelled for what it is, a sham!Nothing more than a details brochure, you can get a lot more info off the net without having to pay for it.I was seriously looking for information after suffering a major medial issue and was advised that this should be part of the treatment. I was disappointed that this booklet contained so little real information.I don't want to know how it was discovered, it's history, HP in nature, or how it’s made, I don't want to know its medical history and these items take up 10 of the 68 pages! Then it’s onto a few case studies, eight more pages used up. Finally, we get down to some real information except that, this is all general stuff. If you're looking for detailed info you won’t find it in these pages. Two pages on food grade and topical HP. A couple of pages on medical application. In all out of the 68 pages there are about 14 that have any really useful information. If you can read it, check out the image showing the table of contents. You'll see how quickly things progress from one topic to the next, no real meat to anyone item in the list.

Gives Energy
Have more energy taking this everyday and I also put it in a humidifier at night and can breathe well in the morning, since I work in a toxic environment.

Wasn't what I thought
I thought the book was very vague. I didn't enjoy it at all. Wished I would have researched more and gotten a better one. I would not recommend. I would have given it one star but the description said "I hate it" and two stars said "I didn't like it". So I gave two.

Didn’t really meet my expectations
I was hoping to get a little bit more of good quality explanations and guidelines but it’s just a book with some general information

Poor, Poor, Poor & Poor Again
This text reads like it's been written by a college student. I was looking for an authoritative summary as to the merits or otherwise of hydrogen peroxide but, sadly, this isn't it.It reminds me of a high school project or a poor attempt at a university dissertation where the author has simply gathered a load of related resources and copied and pasted various chunks from each one. It's evident at times that this author has no scientific training nor has she studied chemistry or biology to a high level. She is really no authority on the subject and shouldn't be discussing a substance which, if handled or ingested incorrectly, has the capacity to do some serious damage. The fact that it's published by 'Internet Niche Publishers' says it all!The book itself lacks academic citations and should not be used by anyone considering hydrogen peroxide treatments (which are legal in some countries outside the USA). After I wasted my money on this publication, I came across the 'One Minute Cure' by Madison Cavanaugh which was exactly what I was looking for and puts Sharon Daniels' text to shame. And it's FREE![...]
