Great massage product. I don't use them for my hands but it helped me clear out tennis elbow. Durable and I can focus a lot of pressure on specific points or use the curved area to massage larger areas. The product has the right amount of rigidity and softness to it for heavy pressure massage. When I am covering larger areas or pushing with everything I have, I use a little bit of oil or soap and it glides across the skin without catching. Great product.

I recommend using these for sore, stiff hands and to work your muscles. I put one in my hand and work it around to relieve pain.

I’m the kind of person whose hands are constantly fidgeting or playing with something. These feel good in the hand and they’re fun to play with. My only gripe is the material attracts hair, lint, everything but you know it’s going to be made of this material. Have not used it for intended massaging purpose.

As a full time musician, there is a lot of stress in my hands. I usually keep one in my car at all times. Helps relax tension in my hands and dramatically speeds up the recovery time after playing several shows.

These work OK, but I wish they were not as firm as they are and had more “give” to them. Maybe with more use?

I'm a Special Education Teacher and I have experience with various therapeutic squeeze objects. I needed something for arthritis in my hands and thought these might work. I can't even begin to squeeze them, so they are of no value to me. No stars, if that was possible. Returning.

I got these because I have alot of hand pain. Massage seems to make them feel better so I decided to try these. They are perfect for deep tissue release. I actually roll one between both hands. It's a little weird at first but once u get a use to it. It stretches the hands out and digs out the tissue. This is literally the first day I used it and I was so excited about the results I wanted to share. I will edit with any updates. But for a few bucks this is a nice stretching tool.

My daughter does nails, and make up she loves these for her fingers and hand when they are sore these help a lot and bring her relief
