I've found nothing that compares to the one I got 40+ years ago (the old fully metal kind that spin around as you use it). But it's the closest I've found so far; it works well, reliable, and feels good in hand. Peels don't get stuck in it, sheds them easily right into the sink or trash. Very happy with it, and picked one up for a spare.

I have always had pampered chef peeler‘s the last for years. I did buy this new one used it two times and it broke they replaced it no problem and I’m sure it will last me for years.

Recommend hand washing. Last one of these I bought went dull too soon and we think it got dulled by the dishwasher

My first Pampered Chef potato peeler was bought back in the 1990s and it is still going strong. It is the same model as this peeler sans the black rubber handle. I purchased this one for my mother, who benefits from the gripper on the handle. Again, same quality as my original peeler. I am convinced these peelers will outlive both of us!!!!!

Very well made, sharp as can be! Makes short order of peeling potatoes and carrots! Excellent item, worth every penny!!!

I liked the original one that I purchased 25 years ago as it was all stainless steel. This one will do but not as good quality..

Great value for money and leaps and bounds better than the other peeler we have. It’s comfortable to use, peels with easy, and seems well made for what it is. We are happy with this purchase and recommend you add it to your chef drawer if you need a peeler.
