I am a 49 year old. I have on and off taking this product for about six years. I’m a server in a busy restaurant. About three weeks ago I couldn’t even step up without extreme pain in my hip. And couldn’t sleep on that side at all. So I started the Osteo Bi-Flex triple strength, and the pain is almost completely gone..now I’ve had this extreme hip pain a few different times in the last few years and have taken this Osteo Bi-Flex and it goes away. But it comes right back about six months after I stop taking it. But it’s expensive and when I have to cut my budget down, this is something I cut out, but I always come right back to it when the pain is too much to bear.Awesome product.!!

I've been using this for the better part of 2 years, and I will say there's been a definite improvement in my knee mobility. It could all be in my head, but I think it works great!

My doctor recommended this product after I was having terrible stiffness and pain in my knees, especially when going up and down stairs. I work out with weights and did not want to have to stop or lower my weight because of knee pain. I found I would skip certain moves or workouts because of it though. I read the reviews on this product and gave it a try. I was going to allow myself one full month before I made a final decision. After about two weeks I noticed a big improvement and now after taking this for three months I hardly have any pain, though maybe occasionally the day after leg day. This is a great product and I'm so thankful to have had it recommended it to me.I do weight training, HIIT training, and walking and I almost always do the low impact options of the HIIT. So, if you are a runner or like high impact, you may not get the same results, but it's definitely worth trying and giving yourself time to let the product work.I take two pills a day in the morning with food. They are rather large, but I have not had any problems swallowing them. Also, the bottle lasted me three months, and I only missed a few days here and there.

I’m happy that it’s suppose to help with joint help, it just takes a little while for it to work once you start taking it. Not an immediate relief

Work well, and this size is a good value for the money. I can definitely tell if I've missed a dose for a couple of days, so I know their effective.
