Great Product and customer service
****One warning. Check your water pressure at home (device is about 5 bucks). If it's 40 or below you will need to request a low pressure membrane. I had to resolve this through the company after the fact because there is no way of knowing in the amazon description. The good news is that you don't have to buy the highest pressure model (150gph) since the low pressure membrane is only about 75gpd anyways. So if you're pressure is lower purchase the cheapest 75gpd unit and ask for low pressure membrane. I've been using this for maybe 6 months and it works very, very well. This is for fish tank purposes. The water measures zero nitrates. The price is awesome compared to similar units out there. I've been trying to measure the ratio and it does seem about 4-5 waste to 1 clean water. This device is versatile. You can take outside in the summer and work off outdoor hose connection if you choose. It can also be connected to inside faucet (as long as it's screw in diffuser). I had to buy an adaptor from home depot to make mine work but it's worth it. The best part about the purchase is that the company answers the phone (owner I think) and he took care of any issues immediately with no hassle whatsoever. I rate this company as top notch seller and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Works like a champ and saves me a lot of money!
So I fill up 5 gallon jugs very regularly at $1.50 a pop. I probably go through 15 of those in a month. I have to drive to the fill stations on top of paying for the fill-ups. This water filter will pay for itself within 6 months and really makes it convenient to fill my bottles. When I first hooked the filter up to my water supply, there were a couple of leaks but I took 2 min to tighten things down and now there are no leaks. I have tested the water and untreated, the water is close to 300 ppm of turbidity in the Dallas area, treated with this filter it is 0 ppm. I drink it with no problem and it keeps my coffee machines from getting clogged with grit. I also use it for fish with no issues. Highly recommend this filter system.

4.5 Stars. Was not air tested.
First of all. Once it works, it's awesome. Does exactly what it says. RO'es some water down to 0 TDS. It's fairly compact, and does 50 gallons per day as stated. Got mine all set up in about 45 minutes in my basement off of the faucet. It connects like a regular hose would. You might need a Y connector if you plan on using the faucet or running water somewhere else. I was lucky and had a leftover one from outside. Will need to get another next year. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they say that it's air tested before they ship so that it won't leak when you hook up the water. Well mine definitely wasn't. I would understand if one of the connectors or tubes came undone, and just slide it back in place, but that wasn't the case. The entire 3rd filter tube's top was not fully rotated. Leaked TONS of water right away. So I had to take quite a few of the hoses undone to get the wrench tightener thing(that it came with) to tighten it all the way. There is no way that could have happened during shipping, the tubes would have turned or something.Anyways, great filter! For anyone using this for a fish tank. My water starts with a pH of about 7.8, after RO went down to 7.0. Starting TDS 125 down to 1 or zero. Will definitely help if your tap water has a high PH or too many dissolved solids.Quick reminder that not everyone needs to drink water with 0 dissolved solids. It's often healthy to drink water with minerals in it. Drinking this water will taste bland/kinda gross. I would only use this for drinking water if you have some other chemicals that are harmful to you in the tap water.

Great CS!
Product works great, no issues except attaching it to my faucet, but that was due to my faucet being cheap plastic. What really impressed me was their CS. My product did not come on time and whenever I tracked the package, it showed as "delayed" and would give a new delivery date. Finally, after 2 weeks of this I called all ready to chew some butt, but before I could get a good head of steam going the CS rep saw that it was lost in shipping and would send a new one through priority mail and upgrade it from the 75 to the 150 gpd. This was late on a Friday night and he said he would get it going and email me the new tracking # tonight.I did not get the tracking # so I called again on Monday morning. Talked to the same guy and he apologized because it was too late that night to get the order out so to make up for THAT, he threw in a free set of replacement canisters.A bit of a rough time, but they did right by me in the end. I could tell by the way they handled themselves that they are committed to making happy customers. Overall I'm impressed with the company, as for the product, it does the job as intended, can't really complain.

Great value and easy to use - look no further for a small RO unit
Super simple- just hook up to a garden hose fitting and go...I am using this to provide silica and calcium free (we have hard water that etches glass) for our vivarium (terrarium with animals inside). The vivarium is all glass and has a misting system- so I want to avoid two things:1. Clogged nozzles on the misting system2. Water stained/etched glassI also bought a TDS (total dissolved solids) meter to check the before and after product:Our tap water is about 140 ppm and it came out at 0 ppm.So far, so good. If you need a low volume RO/DI unit- this is a no brainer.I would buy/recommend this item.
