Not cut out!
I bought this sticker for the back of my helmet. The sticker is fine, but I had to take an exact blade and cut it out. Not easy around all the feathers on the wings

This thing is way too expensive for what it is...Return is 1/2 the cost so keep the expensive thing in spite.
