This is a replacement, but it took a lot to break the first one
Nothing bad about this product at all. It put up with a lot more travel abuse than it should have, and when I cracked it, it was all my fault. Great value, great lifespan unless you accidentally crush it - but these are not too expensive so the replacement cost did not hurt.

Perfect Universal Adaptor
Purchased this unit to replace a larger/heavier unit that used separate “plugs” for each country. This universal adapter is self-contained, lighter, and requires less luggage space. Works perfectly!

Works great
We went to Italy last summer and I purchased this ahead of time so we could use it on our trip. It worked great. We plugged a power strip into it so we could plug in multiple things every night when we were at the hotel. This will take us all around the world I think because it has every combination for power plugs. It is well worth the money. I ended up buying a second one after our trip so that we can put one on each bedside for our phones every night.

Smart design.
Works great. Usb charge ports were powerful enough to charge multiple phones and battery packs, which frees up the main outlet to use a hair dryer or plug in a lap top. This stayed in the European outlets better than my girlfriends travel adapter so we just used mine. Plus no piece parts to loose. Perfect all and one for our vacation.

Didn’t work make sure you test yours before you travel
My one only works for usb charging. Tried using it to plug in devices in two counties and the devices didn’t register any power. Unfortunately I was only travelling with this converter so had to buy another one. Beautiful device just wish it worked

Great charger!
This adapter is awesome and I love the USB ports to charge multiple things at once. I bought this as a replacement since someone stole my other one, same exact charger. I purposefully bought the same one since I loved it so much.
