Thes best Carb for street driven Fords -hands own!
I bought this carb for my 1970 cougar eliminator and was blown away with the performance and response. The electric choke and kickdown linkage were easy to set up and work flawlessly. My car can sit all winter and with just a couple of pumps of the pedal, always fires right up. Runs smooth and looks great. Planning on buying another one for my mustang in the near future!

Great value and functions as it should out of the box
Works as it should right out of the box. Adjusted rear float level was a little high but No issuesso far. Only thing I had to do was put different fuel inlet attachments on. Came with female attachments needed male. Looks good on my hot rod

Don’t buy
Buy a brand name carb. Or buy this one and then buy a good one when this one doesn’t work.

Amazon did its job Holley not so much
Item shipped fast as light , arrived packaged well . installed well EXCEPT there was no linkage adapters to hook up gas pedal and kick down cable. With last carb I bough these items came in the box this time they did NOT and it cost me 15.10 to buy parts at a local store that sorta fit .. So I give product a 4 and thats generous as I am pretty mad about it on a Saturday evening. When it says direct replacement and it does not allow you to hook up basic linkages i would suggest it be listed as universal .........

Lives up to it's name.
This carburetor lives up to the Holley name. It works almost perfect right out of the box. My application will require a jet size or two leaner but otherwise it's excellent. I've been using Holley products for about 60 years and have never had any item not work exactly as expected. Love it.

Very happy with the product I recieved
It's is a plug and play carburetor, which was very simple I did it, and I'm just started to learn mechanics. Very easy 👌. Was a little to big for my stock 1997 chevy k1500 silverado 5.7l vortec extended cab. After upgrading a few little things it is even more responsive.
