I love the taste of it… I don’t have any side effects from it… but it makes me really relaxed, that’s why I’m taking it before I go to sleep… ( I take 99% of my vitamins and minerals in the morning)…

I was suffering from many cramps in the feet and legs , I started researching , and saw that it could be due to lack of potassium and magnesium, I order this product by mistake, thinking it was magnesium, but I read that it was very good for cartilage and nerves , I keep it , and I feel great thanks to God

Pleasant taste
I am deficient in manganese, so I take 1/2 capful daily upon waking. I am happy this product has a pleasant taste.

This is my second purchase of this product
I like buying my liquid minerals from Good State, through Amazon. I just wish they had a better selection of minerals. I'd love to be able to get selenium from them through Amazon. Glad it still comes with a dropper.
