Convenient, affordable and fast relief. I keep a box of this on hand just in case. I’ve had to use it a couple of times and it’s provided relief within generally 12 hours. It doesn’t include external cream, but it works fast enough that I’m usually able to deal. I don’t experience the burning others have referred to, but remember each body is individual with its own sensitivities. For me, I love it. And unless I need it sooner and don’t have a box on hand, this is my go to. I used it last night. It’s a night treatment so it’s best to lay down after using it. However, I needed an emergency bathroom trip after using it. I didn’t think it’d work after the majority of the medication fell out, but nope.. still feeling much better the next morning.

TLDR;This is a night use single treatment of a thick gel. Use a pantry liner or pad. Doesn’t include anything for the discomfort while you’re waiting for it to kick in. So buy that separately. In 12 hours my pain and itching was 1/5 of what it was before using this. Works FAST and it’s cheap!I thought I had a yeast infection coming on and was hoping I didn’t but by the time I realized it was a yeast infection I was miserable and work before any pharmacies open. So I same day delivered this product because I was too broke to buy the name brand. One it’s SO much cheaper! And 12 hours later (I fell asleep maybe 2-3 hours after inserting it and slept for about 8 hours) I woke up feeling 1/5 of what I had before using it. I was shocked at how fast this stuff works! The only downside for me was it didn’t come as an “egg” that I’m used to inserting. It was like a tampon plunger filled with gel. So definitely use a pad or panty liner. Also it doesn’t come with any extra products like some name brand boxes do like wipes or vulva cream for the pain or itching. So you do have to ride that part out until it starts working. You use this as night and it’s one treatment. And saves you some money.

Works well. I read a lot of comments saying that it’s messy, but I think you just need to take your time and apply it.

Please be aware that if you are sensitive, this product is not for you. It is super strong! This item burns uncomfortably burns all night! Almost felt like I needed to wash it off but I didn’t. Did not sleep well that night but in the morning it felt a little better. By the middle of the day till the evening, I felt much better. The next day no symptoms felt brand new. That’s the reason for my four star rating but again if you’re sensitive, please use the seven day or the three day. Be advised!!

Reading the reviews scared me but I felt nothing any of these women are talking about with burning or irritation!!! I think you guys are not inserting it far enough, it is messy when it starts to come out so wear a pad to bed, only complaint is the smell of it but it worked wonders when others wouldn't this one will be my go to considering I deal with chronic issues

No burning, no pain and easy to use.Gets a little messy but I just slept over a towel. Instant relief. Very soothing.

I had been on antibiotics and as a result acquired a yeast infection. I have had a yeast infection before, so this an it my first rodeo with treatment for it. I used monastat before with no issue. This is the first time I have tried this brand. I used it as directed, but as I went to this the applicator away my girly bit started to get hot, and not in a good way. The burning intensified till it felt like...well, have you ever had a paper cut and accidentally got salt or vinegar in it? That's what it felt like. A strong burning pain all the up where ever the ointment touched. It burn for hours. I went to sleep it was still burning, though not quite as bad as in the beginning. The next morning the burning was gone but my lady parts were tender. Again, not in a good way. Using toilet paper felt like sand paper. Its been 24 hours now since I used this evil product and everything is still sore. I can't even tell you if it worked on the yeast infection because of soreness from the medication. I do not recommend this product, and I surely will never use it again.
