I like its taste and it helps me a lot to gain weight excellent

I started off at 110 lbs and couldn't seem to gain much weight through eating. So, I decided to order this based on my Dad's recommendation. I quickly gained 20+ pounds in less than a year of muscle. I can definitely say that this protein powder helps with soreness and fatigue when working out. I have been buying it ever since and never regretted it. I personally like the peanut butter and chocolate mixed with milk, creatine, and collagen. It makes a yummy treat after a long workout.

The taste is good the value it’s good the product is good

After reading some of these comments, I was reluctant to order this. Which I’m happy I have so far. I just received my order, made a shake, 4 scoops, fill with water, blended together with ice. Poured into a 32oz shaker bottle & honestly y’all, the taste really isn’t bad. There’s other comments about the beef taste, or just tasting off. I got the chocolate flavor & can’t taste anything bad.. tastes like a protein shake, but so far, better taste than the comments lead to believe. I’m 33, 165lbs, ectomorph, I’ve competed in men’s physique body building, have had high placements & worked out all my life as an athlete. With all of this said, I’ve tried many brands. But so far this one is good. Over the course of the next 3-4 weeks I’ll give an update on my comment if need be. So far though, it’s good. I got this due to most proteins going straight thru me, meaning, sitting on the toilet after 30 min of consuming & blasting off. So far no feeling of that, I believe it’s due to this formula being lactose free (for me). Hope this helpsUPDATE 1-20-23:It’s now been a solid week that I’ve been using this protein, I must say, I surprisingly stand by my original (above) comment. When buying supplements it’s very important for anyone to purchase directly from the company rather than an affiliate seller, this way the formulations are exactly what the company says. That being said, I don’t find myself on the toilet 30 minutes after, I waited 2 days before working out & taking this shake 2x per day, I noticed a HUGE difference in my pump within the first 10 minutes of warm up. I got so excited I just kept going till I couldn’t any longer. I wouldn’t recommend taking 4 scoops before bed, I’ve noticed that it’s best to keep your body moving a bit so your body can release the gas. I had lots of gas cramps during my sleep. Also instead of 4 scoops I’ve been using 3 scoops with some ice & water. 4 scoops won’t allow you to have a smooth consistency, it’s VERY thick, but 3 is nice. Taste is still great. Here’s my personal take on this. I’ve been recommended by my colleague in the armed services. I’ve been only know about whey protein like optimum nutrition mass gainer til just last week I was introduced to beef protein mass gainer. I had to give this is a try.My body is skinny, like very. 5’9 at 130 pounds. So, as of March 22, 2025 I will be starting this.Pros: as I am writing and drinking this after a workout. I am using a VOLTRX bottle that will blend it up rather than shaking. I’ve been always hating about the powder clumping up..Now, it does say 4 scoops=50g to have the serving size and the scoop is hefty. For 20oz of water I have added 2 scoops which can be equivalent to 25g of protein.For this powder, it does not clump up or anything smooth blend using the blender. I have yet to try it with a shaker blender bottle. It’s smooth, easy to digest and doesn’t have that “beef” taste everyone is talking about.

Sent two emails to Customer Service.....no response, I can not stand a business that can not respond to the basics....Email, but they provide on their web page.This product does not assist to gain weight at ALL, went through two bags back to back, and weight is still 191lbs after three months. I work out quick and semi heavy still pressing 90lbs dumbbells and 50lb fly dumbbells, I do not sit on bench with phone, have a constant sweat......and this stuff does nothing to gain any weight. Been working out for over 30 yrs.......time to find another product !!! Oh, and I take another protein with additional 50grms of protein....this stuff does nothing.I inquired June 06, 2022 and nothing then again June 14, 2022 and nothing.680mg of SALT per serving VERY HIGH SALT, I asked, "Why, for flavor, do you think you may lower the salt serving because seems like you have a great product?" And, asked about the SOY, why would you put any SOY product in a Protein Product that is for MASS.....obviously for Weight Training. SOY is a ESTROGEN PRODUCER......counter productive to working out with weights, strength, muscle gain. Guys do not need ESTROGEN PRODUCER.Too bad....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE......so, watch the SALT and SOY !!!
