I think this is a great tool. I work at a computer every day and get constant headaches. They originate from my back & neck. Compared to consuming bottles or pain reliever year after year this is a very inexpensive and healthy remedy. I should probably use it more, once in morning and once at night but now, for the most part, I only use it when I am in pain or fell my shoulders/neck/base of my head getting tight.I typically lay on it for 10-20 minutes. I can tell when I really needed it when, after about 10 minutes, I turn my head left or right and hear a pop.Highly recommended way to get neck traction.

This is THE ticket to correct a cervical spine that is not properly curved due to excessive wrong posture always looking down at screen. My chiropractor recommended it for me and my daughter, but sharing is a hassle so I got this 2nd one for myself. The foam is just the right firmness and not too hard. I wanted to buy a covering for it too but that was not offered. Anyone who has a neck ache should have this device on standby and use it once a day!

I have used this kind of neck traction for years. Originally got one from my chiropractor, and I since used one every day. It helps to relieve tension and discomfort in the head and neck. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs this kind of traction for their neck.

My neck is so much better now! Just 5-8 minutes a day for a couple of weeks using the fulcrum helped me significantly! I now enjoy my breaks from working on my computer to stretch and strengthen my neck. My C5-6 hernia no longer bothers me. My tight shoulders are much better. My hand strength is much better.

Works well, but because the nature of it is intrinsically painful I don't use it as often as I should to correct my lack of neck curvature.

After 30 years of neck problems that worsened suddenly a year ago, I have finally found a product that has made a real difference. I bought this in a desperate effort to help myself, since my chiropractor was no longer able to help, and have been amazed to find that after using it only a time or two I have had very significant relief from neck and shoulder pain, as well as much more neck mobility. I wouldn't have believed it could possibly work so fast, but clearly my problem must have to do with the curvature of my neck, and this proved to be the answer. I'm sure it's not for everyone, but it has made an incredible difference in my case.

Solid construction. It doesn't have the same impact as the wedges used in chiropractic offices, since it doesn't have the band to add resistance. I usually use a pillow. You can get creative and use what you want. It does help me relax. I guess it would be good for people who practice yoga.

This product was suggested by my chiropractor and has really aided in providing neck pain relief. I personally use it both with the incline away from my neck and under my neck to provided different types of relief. Some of the best money I have ever spent! I HIGHLY recommend!!
