It works great but I would start with 5 mg instead. You can cut in half with a pill cutter.I started with 10 and boy did I feel sleepy & tired the next day. Even my blood pressure dropped to where I didn't take my usual BP pill that day. Didn't even drink my usual glass of wine at dinner time. I just drank water & more water. I have always been a whimp when it comes to pills. My husband said " I'll take it" He takes prescription sleep meds that he says the don't work like they used to. He's big with lots of blood. I am borderline anemic.Hubby is cutting 1/2 of his usual sleeping pill and 1/2 of the Melatonin to 5 mg .He told me he's been sleeping so much better. I am so happy for him.

Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 is the best Melatonin. One half hour before bed is ideal. Calming and a restful sleep, without and grogginess in the morning.

This is amazing! I was taking gummy’s for a while until I ran into these. I turned them out and they work amazing. It takes 30 minutes to kick in and then you’re exhausted and fall asleep within minutes!

If you are having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, this might help. It has worked very well for me. I am so happy to find a non-prescription product that actually works and doesn't break the bank. I would recommend giving this product a try. My only reason for the 4 star is that I am drowsy the next day, but it's nothing caffeine wont help. I am retired, so it's not a deal breaker for me. If I don't get sleep, I'm drowsy the next day anyway🥱

While it's great to help you fall asleep it does nothing to help you stay asleep. An hour two at the most and I am awake again

I've suffered from insomnia for well over 50+ years but this product is something I can count on to help me sleep. Even though they're not exactly cheap it's well worth the price because sleep is priceless especially when you have trouble getting sleep.I highly recommend this product💤😴

I have tried many brands of melatonin but this is now the only one I use. It works quickly and helps me stay asleep all night. I have no grogginess the next day either. They are a bit large so some people may have a problem, but the go down pretty smoothly.

I have only been on this product for a few days. I have been using the same brands regular melatonin for several months. Not 100% good. I'll give this a chance however there isn't a lot of any transparency on the ingredients in the one layer. And that appears to be the problem. I am older. I also have other issues that I try to control with bladder. So I watch my intake and what I drink and when a few hours before bedtime. Well all 4 herbals that they use in this are also diuretics. So I have not gotten a full night's sleep at all. And I have been up more. Not what I was looking for. I'm hoping this adjusts and I will give it a couple of weeks but please be more transparent in your ingredients. Update! I fall asleep and the multiple times I have to get up I go back to sleep but where I could get up to 4-5 hours of sleep it's now 1 to 1.5 hours regardless of what I have had to drink during the day. The herbals are diuretics and 4 combined is actually making my sleep worse. I keep saying give it more time but someone at the company needs to reinvent this. Frankly if you need 4 herbals to get to relax and get to sleep that's overkill! Definitely not buying this again. Will possibly order what I was using from this brand but will also look at other brands now?
