These are beautifully made Sgian Dubhs (sorry for the spelling)! Very sharp and make a beautiful accessory to your Scottish kit! I wear mine stuffed into my high boot top!

What I was looking for. Sharp enough and strong enough to be a working tool.I had been looking for a long time and finally found some thing substantial In Your hand that was functional and pleasing to the eye! Thanks for a good value.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice seems sturdy ofc the jewel at the bottom is fake but I expected that. No broken pieces . There is just a small gap at the top of the cover where the metal meets the plastic but if I didn’t tell you, you probably wouldn’t have noticed . Overall opinion of it solid 8/10 !

If you plan to wear this sgian dubh as part of Highland wear, you might want to think again. I’m a piper and bought this knife to replace my old sgian dubh, however I’ve found several issues. First, this is a very thick sgian dubh- easily twice, if not three times, as thick as a standard one. That being so, it sticks out quite oddly from the kilt hose. In addition, it is also longer than usual as well, so you either have to put it far down the sock (which makes an odd shape against your calf) or have it buried up in your kilt (which isn’t standard).As for quality, I was actually dissapointed. I knew the stone on top wasn’t going to be real, however there are two small screws drilled through the plastic gem holding it in place- that’s unappealing to me. There’s also a screw visible in one of the ‘windows’ made by the cool Celtic designs close to the blade- again, unappealing.If you just want a cool knife to have as part of a collection or a Ren Faire outfit it might work, but I’m returning it as it definitely doesn’t go with my Highland attire.

Love love love this. The quality is fantastic. So much better than the last one I'd bought. The celtic design is beautiful. Wonderful decor peice for you home. If your wanting that renaissance look.
