I smoke - I know.. bad bad. However, I do go to the dentist every 3 months for cleaning. Recently, I have not had the money to get 3 month cleanings and have tar build up on teeth and gum are receeding. This is absolutely the best product I have used. The Calcium carbonate ingredient in this product is HIGHLY recommended by other websites for the removal of tar and tarter. If used regularly (2 times a day), pressed against the gums (it will start foaming) will change your entire regimen of regular cleaning. I was able to use a scraper within 5 days of use and the tar easily came off. It also dissolved tarter without any scaling or scraping. I intent to use this product for life and will eventually stop the nasty habit I have. Helps with bad breath too. Do not forget to use this as insctructed after every meal either. Also, I use this to product to clean my tongue. WOW.

I think the product probably works OK, and it did arrive intact, but I was shocked to see that I had to pay $20 in shipping to get it! Especially because it is a very small bottle. It’s my fault, because I probably wasn’t paying proper attention, but I never would have purchased it if I had realized the shipping cost was more than the cost of the item!

Let me just say that I freaking love this stuff. My teeth were EXTREMELY sensitive AND i grind my teeth at night. So my gums were starting to recede (ouch!). I despise dentists and always feel there has to be a more natural way to cure these mouth issues. My BIL is a dentist and he recommended MI Paste. So i got that. I seen a bit of a difference but not much. This stuff, i use twice a day. It IS grainy. So that takes some time to get used to. But I usually go about doing other things while Im swooshing it around. So normally for 5-10min. After 2 days my teeth feel stronger. I have been using it for about a month now and still have more than half the bottle. A little goes a long way! Ill be ordering the toothpaste as well!

I just started using it- I rinse my mouth after each meal - a bit in a small amount of water.. and hold for 5 minutes... spit it out into the sink. Don't rinse. Hoping it will help re-mineralize my teeth. It's alkaline and I like it.

Great product. It really helps with overall dental health & maintaining pH balance. I just ordered another one of their kits. Would definitely recommend. Be advised these are small bottles, but a little does go a long way. Also, very salty but that is to be expected since that is one of the active ingredients.
