I like this for pancakes
I like this for pancakes. It probably is good for chappati too, but I am not good at making chappati yet! That takes a lot of patience, time and know how.....which I, as yet, do not have. I love all the grains and such in it. It is very tasty. I may try my hand at scones with it soon. VERY healthy flour for more than chappati!
