Q: Why would a 2000 XJ owner want to go with 3" in front and 2" in rear, rather than 2" front and 2" rear?

Some people like their vehicles to look like it is squatting in the back. To me it's completely absurd and will definitely not help you. I purchased this kit 2 in in the front and 2in in the back. It installs easily and is very durable. Always lift the front and rear the same. So you know I'm a certified Master Mechanic and the owner of All Dimensions LLC in Johnson City Tennessee. Yes it will fit I put it on my 96 all 90's xjs have the same suspension

Should fit 2wd also but i would not recommend this product..if you buy it keep your old hardware in case you get an actual suspension lift kit.
