The media could not be loaded. I'm 62 year old, short woman and I was able to put this together by myself. Without an electric screwdriver!! I'm mechanically inclined and and used to doing things on my own. I did use muscles I haven't used for a while but the soreness the next day was so worth it.My two Chinchillas seem to like it fine. It's lower to the floor so they interact with my two dogs. I put loose bedding on the floor but changing to fleece today. Because this has metal in the trays, I'll be sewing magnets in the edges and corner to help keep the fleece in place... don't know why I didn't think of that already 🤷‍♀️ The only CON is the wire doors and door latches, they are just too flimsy. I'm not sure the doors will last. I have to wire the door closed after my chins got out... twice... (the 1st I thought maybe I had accidentally left the door unlocked) because they leaned FAST that they could Jimmy the locks. (If you have chins or ferrets... trust me ... wire the doors up!) so this old lady had to crawl around for about an hour each time trying to catch my little fast chins!I wish the wheels worked better too because I have to move mine around a lot. And it slides more than rolls. I also wish a stand was offered to bring it up but I can probably make one easy enough.I LOVE that I can open the roof easily and see my cute critters.I was able to put a 15" Chin Spin inside, I just had to attach it to the wooden room divider sooo maybe the designer of this cute cage make the bottom taller so the chin spins can be attached to the wire back. It is just a little tight to fit one down stairs.My chins have already started chewing the bottom inside of the wire doors. I had to black them from accessing it. I may have to figure a way to cover the inside edges with some sort of metal.I still haven't decided to add the precious window box because my chins love watching me though the window.All in all, I completely love this cute cage. I really hated the tall critter cage I replaced with this. If the few things I brought up were fixed it would be five stars all the way!

Of course, It wouldn’t be ME if I hadn’t put my creative touch on this little home💕.This is a light weight wood home that comes in a sea blue and deep pink color. After customizing, my daughter and I took about twenty minutes assembling it. The shipping was fast. I’m rating this product four stars. My porch had an issue with the preassembled part. It was stripped but I took an extra screw and secured it. I also had a crack in one of the wood pieces. Other than those issues I’m happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this product be used or stored outdoor nor where temperatures can get excessively hot. The wood may warp or become disfigured due to the heat.

Very cute design. Easy to put together. Very sturdy. I thought it needed more paint. It’s more of a white wash. Not very good. The plastic window was scratched up.

Got this for my mom’s cat so it would have its own place in a house full of free roaming dogs. Plenty of room for the cat and I leave the door open so he can come out at night when the dogs are asleep. Top lifts easily however, it has slammed down a couple times. The hinge needs to be able to go back a little more or you need something to keep it from falling back onto the rooftop.

The media could not be loaded. Very cute, just as pictured. Pretty easy to get on, the roof was the toughest part. Color is as pictured and overall I would definitely recommend this hutch. The shipping was fast, estimated a week and a half to two weeks and it only took three days.

Do not buy. Product looks great but breaks very easily. The seller does not back up the product either. When I messaged the buyer that the product is broken the response was “sorry wood products break very easily and need to be maintained and there is no warranty.” 2 problems with that 1. How do you “maintain a painted wood cage-its not mechanical- am I supposed to rebuild it...2. If I had known that after less than a year it would be broken with 0 support I would have built one myself instead of purchasing this product.

Super cute cage. Wasn’t easy to assemble as holes were not predrilled. Also was missing some hardware. We’ve had this cage about 4 months. Metal is rusting, wood is very brittle, and rabbit seems to be able to chew it up very quickly. Nasty to clean up and layout causes bunny to just sit in poop trays. We will have to replace it this summer. The next cage we will make by hand-cheaper and stronger.

I read so many reviews on hutches before I chose one. They all seemed bad. I finally went with this one because it looked big and it was really cute. Luckily it arrived with minimal problems. The paint job is not perfect. I can see red behind the blue in some areas and there are several scuff marks. It was easy to put together by myself with a screw driver. The center divider was warped and did not for right in the space. I contacted the seller and they replaced it right away. They were great to deal with. Overall I’m happy with this hutch and my bunny seems to like it too. It’s a little strange the bottom is not all metal flooring. It would be better if it did not have a wood floor section. The metal around the doorways are very sharp. Ive scratched myself reaching into the cage to clean it several times. You can see this in the picture with my bunny. I think it looks great and functions pretty well. I’d recommend it.
