I took these vitamins before trying to conceive, through my pregnancy, and until I was done breastfeeding. Key things about this vitamin are the DHA, folic acid, and iron. These are about the size of most other prenatal vitamins (not too big, but they're definitely not small either). I didn't notice any fishy taste, and they didn't make me nauseous. It's a good price too compared to others on the market, and it's a trusted/well-known brand. I would recommend (I have 12 years of experience working in OBGYN/L&D). You don't need to shop around for anything fancy. These key ingredients and taking them consistently are what make a prenatal vitamin good for you and your baby.Hope this helps!

Easiest multi Vitamin to swallow
I have a hard time swallowing larger pills and tablets like, as most multi Vitamins tend to be. This is high quality Supplement at a moderate cost. I think a pretty decent value for the money. And one of the few larger pills I don’t have a hard time swallowing.

No nasty after flavor
My OB told me there is no better brand. I love these bc you don’t get those nasty burps afterwords, and you can’t taste them it your stomach later. I know that sounds weird, but when I took other brands it was like feeling them Dissolve in my stomach and I could taste them in the bottom of my throat at the edge of my tongue as they dissolved it was horrible.

These are the size of horse pills. If you have an issue with swallowing(enter dirty laughing here) don’t get these.

Some batches smell like fish!
I have used this while trying to conceive as well as during pregnancy. They're a good value and go down relatively easy because they're gel caps. The first two or three batches were perfect. Then for whatever reason, all the subsequent batches have had a terrible fishy smell and taste. I've been holding my nose and drinking it with juice each morning. Not sure the issue, but it doesn't prevent me from using them.
