Not at all flexable
This item, advertised as rubber, has very little flex to it. I was expecting a cord boot that would provide some degree of strain relief for the cord by keeping it from having all the flex at the panel, but instead this just pushes all the flexing of the cord to the exit of this boot. The boot is effectively inflexible.
