This is what Nyquil is supposed to do. To me this is just Nyquil before the good ingredients were taken out.

I’m use to Vick Vapor Rub so this tastes like that. Just took for 1st time so will let you know if it works. Nothing my Doctor recommended works so this is my last hope.

Nasty but works
So I bought this cough medicine again I've had this a long time ago and it really works. I remember being introduced to this as a kid my grandparents had it and it was gross then it tasted like bleach. So I kind of laughed when I read some of the reviews or people said it tastes like motor oil and things of that nature. Trying this again now being older is still taste nasty but not as bad as the first time I had it but definitely is worth the money.
